Mineplex
Area 51 Raid, is a currently limited time minigame on Mineplex that was released on September 18th, 2019 during the 2019 Area 51 Raid Event. It was said to be removed right before October when the Halloween event starts taking place.
Summary[]
There are two teams: The raiders and the Defenders. The goal of this game as the raider is to take ET to the chopper that is located right next to where the raiders spawn. For the defenders, the goal is to defend ET, preventing raiders from breaking into the facility and taking ET.
AREA 51 RAID IN MINECRAFT - Mineplex Event 2019
There has been a large number of changes a few days after the initial release. These include:
- Moving the chopper from the top of the building to where the raiders spawn
- Making the iron bars surrounding the room ET is in taller.
- Changing the player-cap from 80 to 50.
- The player carrying ET can only carry ET for 45 seconds.

The 3 obtainable titles
- 1x Gems for x Kills
- The winning team gets around 2,000 XP with gems/shards based on rank.
- 10 Gems for Participation
- The raider that escorts ET to the chopper gets even more gems & shards but the same amount of XP.
- 3 titles:
- Alienologist - Obtained by winning as a raider
- Patriot Act Defender - Obtained by winning as a defender
- Chopper Acquired - Obtained by successfully carrying ET to the chopper

Trivia[]
- The game contains a small easter egg. Whenever the developer Sobki is in the game, ET is renamed to Angry Yoda.
- Originally, the chopper could be found on the lower terrace right by the ET room, in the direction of the raider spawn. Since games ended up lasting under a minute, it was moved to the back right corner of the raider spawn to make the game last longer.
