This feature was removed on October 18 2019.
The reason why was as follows: YouTube Council and Streams Team came together to create the Content Creator Council.
The Streams Team (ST) was a Moderator+ subteam in charge of moderating Mineplex's YouTube and Stream ranked players. The punishments they issued may be more severe than normal when moderating content creators. Members of this team are also allowed to punish for targeting.
In October of 2018 the team merged with the Content Creator Council and was disbanded.
