Anyone can join the translations team, as long as they have sufficient knowledge in a foreign language to be able to translate the given content. Translators will, however, need to have access to a discord account. The main platform used for translations is Crowdin.

Additionally, translations team is looking for members to start translations divisions for:
If the language has a star next to its name, it means it is in need of translators. You are able to apply for these languages here. For all other languages, applications are also open – however, successful applications will be placed on a whitelist until a spot on the team becomes available. You can also apply for languages that are not included in the list, but minimum of two translators are required to open up a new language division, or to restart a language with zero translators (Like Swedish or Arabic).
There are 4 different positions on the team:
Applications for the Translator position are always open! These team members are in charge of translating 'strings' of text into their language. Basic requirements include a monthly quota, as well as an acceptable activity level.
Translators are carefully chosen by management to become their language's proofreader if their respective language lacks one. Proofreaders check and approve all translations for their language before they are released to the public.
This is a rank you can apply for without knowledge of another language. Scouts are in charge of observing the implementation of the 'strings' translated by the Translators. This is done to ensure that all translations are displayed correctly and working as intended.
TT managers handle applications for the team, and work together with the Development staff to make sure the internationalization process is progressing smoothly. They are always available for questions and concerns related to the Translations Team on the forums. Applications for Management are open to team members when necessary.
